Shipping Information
We are currently only shipping within New Zealand at this time. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to ship your item(s) on the next business day. PLEASE ALLOW 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER. Business days at Altro NZ is Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 2:30pm. We are closed weekends and public holidays. Generally, with no delays, orders made before 2:30pm on a business day are usually processed (picked and given to the courier) on the same day. Orders made outside business days will be processed the next available business day.
Shipping rates within New Zealand are as follows ($NZD):
- Economy Shipping: Free
- Economy Shipping + Rural Address: $5.00
- Overnight Shipping: $5.00
- Overnight Shipping + Rural Address: $10.00
- Overnight Shipping Tracked: $8.00
- Overnight Shipping Tracked + Rural Address: $12.00
Important Notes and Terms & Conditions:
- We do not deliver to PO or Private Boxes.
- Shipping charges and costs are non-refundable (when applied).
- When approved for a refund, the shipping cost to return the product is borne by the customer.
- When approved for an exchange, the shipping cost of the returning item to us is borne by the customer. The shipping charges for an exchanged item (i.e. new item being sent back to you) will depend on shipping method agreed upon by the customer.
- Unapproved items: Items that are not refunded or exchanged, or not accepted by us (as mentioned in this paragraph and here in our Refund policy), may be sent back to you at your expense.
- Please make sure to select the appropriate shipping option to avoid unnecessary delays to your order. We may contact you for more information regarding your shipping option/address.
- Economy shipping aims to deliver within 1-3 working days while overnight shipping aims to deliver on the next working day.
- Economy and Overnight shipping options will update items on pick-up and delivery only.
- The tracked shipping option shows updates of the items at every scan throughout its journey.
We use NZ Post to ship your items.
Please note that if you are approved for a refund or exchange, shipping costs are non-refundable
